Concerning all Online Purchases for non-PRO Scientific Products or Consumables:
Delivery and Shipping:
All shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders are shipped F.O.B. warehouse or point of manufacture. Shipping charges can be seen before checkout. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We offer multiple shipping levels to provide the most efficient and economical options for you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. Please inspect package carefully upon receipt and immediately make note of any damage or quantity/item discrepancies. You must report the damage or discrepancies within 10 days of invoice date. After those 10 days, claims are null and avoid. However, all situation will be reviewed and outcomes can change at our discretion.
Return Goods Policy:
If you would like to return an unused item, please call 203-267-4600. All returns must include an Invoice number, include original packaging and be shipped prepaid. Unused Items older than 15 days, sterile, or special order items are subject to review. If

For all Product Purchases:
When
PRO delivers most orders on a 2-3 day shipping schedule. (Next-day or second-day delivery is available for non-online purchased PRO Scientific products). All domestic handling and freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
State tax regulations require that PRO Scientific collects 11.2% sales tax on orders being shipped and handled in Arizona, 10.75% sales tax on orders shipped and handled in California, 6.35% sales tax on orders shipped and handled in Connecticut, 7% sales tax on orders being shipped and handled in Indiana. All sales tax collected is paid to the respective states as applicable (where the merchandise has been shipped).

Concerning all Purchases for PRO Scientific Products:
Customer shall be responsible for shipping charges on any returned or re-shipped merchandise.
A 10% re-stocking charge may be applied to any unused items returned within 15 days from invoice date. Additional charges (up to full list price) may be applied
A 20% re-stocking charge shall be applied and merchandise credit only will be issued for any unused items returned between 16 and 60 after invoice date. Additional charges (up to full list price) may be applied
Returns are not accepted after 60 days from invoice date.
Used equipment may not be returned for credit.

Each order is carefully inspected before shipment. PRO Scientific is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Pro warrants products against manufacturing defects or items sent in error. A claim must be made to PRO Scientific to replace an item shipped in error within 10 days of invoice date. Check product operator's manual for specific warranty information.
