       continuous and limited timed operation, DELAYED OFF, DELAYED OFF – after
       reaching a preset temperature, DELAYED ON/OFF – tempering cycle
**    However, at least 5°C above ambient for WB models with additional boiling
       mode (+100°C) and 15°C above ambient for WBU model
