Overheat Safety Device

- Fully insulated stainless steel door with double locking and 4-point adjustment

Interior – Heating Concept
- Easy-to-clean interior, made of stainless steel, reinforced by deep drawn ribbing with integrated and protected large-area heating on four sides
Temperature Range
- From +30°C (however, at least 5°C above ambient) up to +220°C**
* In case of thermostat failure the temperature cut-out switches the heating off after
exceeding the max. temperature of 220 C. For sensitive load, we recommend our
appliances with adjustable overheat controller (TWW) or adjustable temperature
limiter (TWB)
** However, at least 5°C above ambient for UM and 10°C above ambient for ULM models
