Interior – Heating Concept
- Easy-to-clean interior, made of stainless steel, reinforced by deep drawn ribbing with integrated and protected large-area heating on four sides
Temperature Range
- From +30°C up to +220°C, however at least 10°C above ambient
* Displays; tempering profiles with several ramps (up to 40); time- and set-point
dependent operation; air flap adjustable by servo-motor in 10% steps, speed of air
turbine in 10% steps
** Models 600 and up have two doors
