PRO Safety Seal
Chamber and ST Series Assemblies

homogenizing Chamber assemblies
  • The Industry’s safest solution to containing hazardous samples
  • PRO Safety Seal Chamber Assemblies do not allow operation of the homogenizer with the blade exposed
  • The sealing mechanism protects the homogenizer operator from hazardous aerosols that could be generated during processing and protects the sample from external contaminants
  • Available in stainless steel or glass
  • Chamber Assemblies work on all PRO homogenizers and accept the complete range of PRO homogenizer generators and blades

Multi-Gen 7
Generator

Homogenizer blades
  • 316 stainless steel and Teflon construction for homogenizing tough tissue samples and for repeated autoclaving
  • Eliminates the need for generator cleaning between samples
  • Hands-free ejection of generator
  • Ideal for molecular applications, PCR, and microtube assays

PRO Quick Connect
Generator
homogenizer generator
  • All PRO homogenizer generators are engineered for durability and multiple applications
  • They are manufactured from a high-quality 316 Series stainless steel and can be completely sterilized by hot air, autoclaving, flaming or chemical processes
  • The PRO Quick Connect generator design allows for the changing of homogenizer generators with an easy quarter turn
  • All generators feature a foam-reducing design which limits the amount of air introduced into the sample during homogenization

PRO Deflector Heads

homogenizer deflector head

The deflector head design creates verticle movement of heavy materials which would otherwise stand stagnant, and promotes increased flow on larger volume samples. When processing viscous materials, such as creams and lotions. The PRO deflector head forces materials from the homogenizer generator tip up its tapered walls, creating increased verticle movement of the entire sample. The material is then repeatedly recycled back down to the bottom of the generator and up through the deflector head until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
