The PRO 350 and 400 Stainless Steel benchtop industrial homogenizers have been redesigned to meet the requirement and demands of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. These new models are the industry’s newest benchtop homogenizers constructed entirely of 316 stainless steel. PRO 350 and 400 Stainless Steel homogenizers feature a variety of accessories to custom fit your lab. Both models are available with the standard height stand of 24” or an extra long stand of 38”. The PRO 350 and 400 Stainless Steel Homogenizers also are available as a “P” series programmable or computer interfaced PRO “PC”series homogenizers.
The PRO "P" Series homogenizers are capable of both manual and programmable operation. The Stainless Steel PRO 350P, and PRO 400P homogenizers work just like their manual counterparts but add the ability to setup and store four different programs for different homogenizing tasks. Each program created can have as many as 23 different cycles, with each cycle defining the speed, run time and pause before the next cycle. Control and programming is done right on the homogenizer's front-mounted touch pad; data and prompts appear on a fronted-mounted LCD.
The Stainless Steel PRO 350PC and PRO 400PC models respond to the need to run repetitive batch processing with a minimum of operator attention. These Homogenizers are programmed either from the unit’s touchpad, or from your own laptop or desktop computer. An infinite number of programs can be created and stored, each consisting of up to 23 unique cycles defining speed, run time and pause between each cycle. At any point the PC series homogenizers can be overridden and manual control resumed. PRO “PC” homogenizers meet industry requirements for verification of processing and documentation maintenance. As homogenization proceeds, data can be graphed on the computer screen. Both programs and the data collected can be stored and recalled for screen display or printout.
With their 1-3/4 hp, 1305 watt, high-torque motors, These homogenizers are the most powerful homogenizers in the PRO line. A closed-loop speed control with digital LED display allows for accurately setting the blade or generator speed from 0 to 23,000 rpm. While the homogenizers can handle samples as small as 0.03 ml, they are engineered to efficiently process tough samples in volumes as large as 40 L.
The entire line of PRO QUICK CONNECT rotor stator generators can be mounted on the Stainless Steel PRO 350 or 400 Stainless Steel Homogenizers, including the rugged CRYO1200 cryogenic homogenizing assembly. It also accepts all SAFETY SEAL and Sealed Tube (ST) Chamber Assemblies for safely containing generated aerosols and preventing sample and workspace contamination.
