Responding to a need for homogenizers that can run repetitive batch processing with a minimum of operator attention, PRO developed the computer-interfaced PRO 'PC' Series.
The PRO 300PC and PRO 400PC homogenizers, are programmed either from the unit's touchpad, or from your own laptop or desktop computer (serial communication mode RS232) with the included PROgrammable® software. An infinite number of programs can be created and stored, each consisting of up to 23 unique cycles defining speed, run time and pause between each cycle. At any point the PC Series homogenizer can be overridden and manual control resumed.
PRO 'PC' homogenizers meet industry requirements for verification of processing and documentation maintenance. As homogenization proceeds, data can be graphed on the computer screen. Both the programs and the data collected (set time and set speed versus actual time and actual speed) can be stored and recalled for screen display or printout.
