Designed to meet the ever increasing demand to homogenize many samples without the risk of cross contamination and eliminating the need to spend valuable time cleaning the generator between samples, the MULTI-GEN 7 multi-sample processing homogenizing system has been developed. The MULTI-GEN 7 is a twelve or twenty-four pack (depending upon which package is purchased) of 7mm generators/probes, which quickly attach to any PRO motor unit by means of a new motor collar design. This allows the operator hands free ejection of the used generator, minimizing the chance of contamination when attaching the next generator. Unlike existing disposable systems, which are manufactured from plastic, the MULTI-GEN 7 is constructed of 316 stainless steel allowing for repeated autoclaving as well as the ability to homogenize tough tissue. For added convenience the MULTI-GEN system is now available in Standard, Deluxe or Premium Packages. The MULTI-GEN Standard Package includes the PRO200 motor unit, the MULTI-GEN motor adapter and the 12-pack of the MULTI-GEN generators. Upgrading to the Deluxe Package adds the PRO200 stand assembly and the MULTI-GEN ejector clamp for easy hands free ejection of the contaminated generator after each use. The Premium MULTI-GEN Package allows for higher quantity processing with the 24-pack of MULTI-GEN generators included along with PRO200, MULTI-GEN adapter, stand and ejector clamp.
